We offer a personal service where your order is despatched and delivered on a day time that is convenient for you.
Our Delivery Policy
Delivery Post Codes:
All SR post codes,
DH3, DH4, DH5
All of NE1 through to and including NE16
All of NE20 through to and including NE39

Delivery Charges:
Standard Delivery - £4.99
Express Delivery - £7.99
Next Day Delivery £10.00
Please note: Some postcodes may be excluded for next day delivery at certain times of the year or in extremely busy periods. We shall notify you upon receipt of your order and your order will be delivered at the earliest opportunity along with a refund of your additional delivery cost.

Upon receiving your Order you will be allocated the next available delivery date depending on your postcode.
We endeavour to post out your goods within 3-5 working days. Express Delivery is within 2 days(includes Saturday Delivery)
Next Day Delivery - order must be placed before 1pm
We strive to deliver the goods to the delivery location by the time frame or within the agreed period, at times, however, events beyond our control may affect this which we can accept no liability for. We will update you with any delays as soon as possible.

Please note that orders placed on a weekend won’t be processed until Monday morning, this excludes bank holidays when it will be a Tuesday morning.
Currently we do not deliver outside of the North East. Please register to be updated of any deliveries outside of the area.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock we will offer you a substitute prior to delivery. If the substitute is not to your liking you can choose to wait for the next available delivery or accept a refund.
If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
The goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer collection. You must examine the goods before accepting them. Any issues please report immediately via email delivery@ericandebonysraw.co.uk.
Any amendments to the delivery address given when ordering must be given by email to delivery@ericandebonysraw.co.uk from the email address used to place the order. Once the courier delivers goods ordered to the delivery address you have provided us with, delivery is completed. After this all goods are your responsibility.
We do not like to deliver your parcel to a safe place or with a neighbour, but should this be your chosen option this is done at your risk, and we take no responsibility for any loss of the goods.
If needed for large and bulky items, we reserve the right to amend delivery charges. You will always be contacted if this situation arises to discuss options.
