Keep raw food frozen until use
Defrost overnight in the fridge
Will last 3 days if kept refrigerated
If lesser amounts are needed, allow to soften enough to segment and decant from the frozen tray.
If mixing, allow to defrost, keeping the meat at as cold a temperature as possible, mix and repackage in a sealed container and refreeze.
This is a raw meat product and should be handled observing standard hygiene rules.
